Full-text Search not working

Someone told us that full-text search is not working. She enters the information and gets a list of possible results and gets "Something unexpected happens, try again later." She has tried on anothe computer with the same result so it is not a housecleaning (cache and cookies) issue. I tried with my account on my computer and get the same result, so it is not an account-specific problem.
