@dancingintherain This was very helpful! It answered some of my questions and she also emphasized "Ignoring Highlighting" when it causes problems. An issue that is apparently more important in Quick Name Review and Full Name Review. She also emphasized that work I've already done on a family will not be lost if I'm unable to submit. I'm unfamiliar with webinars and this was a good introduction. Thanks.
