In "Full Name Review" when entire name is not highlighted, why can't I get remainder to highlight?

Perhaps you need to clear cookies at https://www.familysearch.org/en/cookies

@Christine Murtha When you see that only a partial name is highlighted in "Full Name Review," the first step, of course, is to click "No." From there, you have two options: 1) click on the part or parts of the name that are not highlighted. This should create a highlight with an "attach" option. 2) Click on "New Highlight" and make your own highlight by clicking and dragging on the unhighlighted parts of the name. In most instances, the 1st option seems to work better for me.
