I can't erase a relative link. Send help

So I have my dad, and his dad has the same first and last name as someone in another tree, so my dad was put under that Donald Chambers's tree. I'm confuse. I haven't added his mother (my gramma) yet

Could you please give ID #s (for people who are deceased) so we can help you figure this out? ☺️

If these people are living, however, no one else will be able to see the records you have in your tree so we can't do much.
