Chronological order of memories

How do I add dates to memories so that they can be in chronological order.

For memories that you contributed, you can edit the memory details and add the date.

However, if you come across a memory with no date, but you were not the contributor, you can't set the date yourself. Your only option is to contact the contributor (typically via the FamilySearch Chat feature) and request that they set the date.
