Weird reach limit # when adding living
I am a pretty capable TFH consultant but I have run into a problem I have not seen before. My daughter got married and she added her husband and his living parents (all copies new PIDS) and then she has added his living grandmother (age 88) but we cannot add this living grandmother to both her parents. Living Grandma is currently added to her deceased mother (LF6C-FS7) but we get this error message when trying to add the father (KWCW-MB5) of this living grandmother. "Sorry, the limit of living relatives has been reached for this individual. No New living relatives can be added." I did not know there was a limit. Is she really not able to connect into the tree she married into? Any way to fix this?
Thanks
Cindy

Hi, there is a limit of 500 living persons that can be added to a person. The problem with this limit is that you can only see the living people that you have added. You can't see all the living people that others have attached. Here is a link to the limits. I don't know of any work around for this.
