Searching for Burial or removal permits 1909-1937, 1940-1941
Good afternoon, During search for burial permits, I found that it is at Granite Mountain in Digital Folder 7920334. I am requesting the ability to review this collection of the Natchitoches Parish records. Apparently, many states are included in this folder and there is a possibility that it is the incorrect folder number. Even with assistance of SLC personnel, we were unable to locate this record. I have the death certificates and the Catholic Church cannot locate any record for the relatives in the cemetery. There are no headstones. Please contact me at (phone and email information removed) if you have further questions.

@ChrisEpstein2 I am sorry you were unable to find the information you were looking for at the Family History Library in SL. The permissions for this film, 7920334, should be viewable there. Have you looked in the catalog? https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/catalog/results?q.filmNumber=7920334

@ChrisEpstein2 I'm at my FSC this afternoon, and DGS 7920334 is available.
Is there something specific I can help you find?
It does not cover Natchitoches Parish; the records listed for that DGS are all from New York State.
Multiple books covering Natchitoches Parish cemeteries are listed in the FS Catalog.1 -

@ChrisEpstein2 Áine is correct that there are not multiple states on 7920334. All are New York. If you provide more details of what you are looking for we could possibly help you find the correct film. Are you looking for parish records or simply cemetery records? What cemetery? What church? What date range?

Good afternoon,
I need to locate the burial permits which identify the specific lot, plot and site of the burial of each person no matter the cemetery. What I was able to review through Family Search DGS 7920334 online identified only New York records none of which are pertinent. I need the records for Natchitoches in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. The collection identified is titled, "Burial or removal permits, 1909-1937. 1940-1941". The folder contains images of permits from 1916-1931 and are in date order. The Immaculate Conception Catholic Church does not have the records of where they are specifically buried in the cemetery nor do they have their names in their alphabetical records. The cemetery is still active. I have the death certs which only identify the cemetery. Because they do not have headstones, it is highly unlikely that they are in any published book. The dates I need are in the title of the collection. Thank you for any additional assistance in locating these specific documents.
