Incorrect location for record - how to correct?

I've identified some incorrect locations in some records of my distant family members.  It does not allow me to edit the record in FamilySearch.  How do I go about submitting a change request for these records?
Here is an example:

This is a christening record for Anna Maria Weiss from 1821.  The event location is what is incorrect.  The record lists the location as Frenkendorf, Basel-Landschaft, Switzerland.  The Canton of Basel-Landschaft did not get created until 1833.  All of that area was simply the Canton of Basel.  There is a correct location listing within FamilySearch for this location at that time but this record (and others) list it incorrectly.  How do I get that changed?
Here is a link showing these two different listings for Frenkendorf.

@chris_weiss The metadata for this film has the correct place name, but it is coming up wrong in Record Details. I have documented this error for engineering

The image is viewable at a FSC and could be edited there, but I went ahead and corrected it on Anna Maria's record.
