Unable to Merge (KWCH-QNK & LFKZ-B43)

Request ADMIN support to merge PID: KWCH-QNK and PID: LFKZ-B43 for Alice Richards Cannon.

I am unable to perform this merge due to a relationship with a Read-Only profile.

@fnulnu1999, when I look at LFKZ-B43, the system allows me to see the record and she is listed as dead. When I try to look at KWCH-QNK, the system shows no result. If this record is private (not listed as dead and < 110 years since birth), I will not be able to see it. You cannot merge records of a living individual with a dead individual. Please look at KWCH-QNK and see if your access to the record shows her living. If yes, and you have the death information, record it.

Nelson DH, I believe you have "mis-diagnosed" my problem. I have verified both PID for Alice Richards Cannon which are attached to the same parents and I am unable to complete the merge due to both records having a relationship with a Read-Only profile. Recommend re-visit by ADMIN support.

One PID is wrong. KWCH-QNK does NOT exist (as correctly stated by @Nelson D H ). It must be KWCW-QNK. 😉 @fnulnu1999 you made a typo error.
