Unable to merge (KWZW-R58 & LJXY-7TS & LXGG-29Y)

Request ADMIN Support to merge PID: LJXY-7TS and PID: LXGG-29Y into PID: KWZW-R58) for Maxwell Richards Cannon.

I am unable to perform this merge due to a relationship with a Read-Only profile.

Due to read-only restrictions on the father's profile (KWC3-RGY) and multiple duplicate records for the son, Maxwell, standard user-level merging is not possible. I understand the issue. I have previously been able to resolve this category of issue through the Community channels. When I call Family History Support (1-866-406-1830) they are unable to resolve this issue for me. Is there some other "path" that I should be pursuing to resolve this?
