access to locked records
in Search
I was looking for information about the town records for the city of Keene, NH
The first group of records is available to view.
The second group - the 3 volumes of minutes of meetings is locked and not available to view.
Is there a way to get those records to be viewable?
They are all for the City of Keene NH

According to the icon and message-on-hover, those records can be viewed at any FamilySearch Center or Affiliate Library.
