Incorrect place name on indexed records - Virginia, not Tennessee
Attached are images from Virginia birth registers. It appears an auto-standardization tool displays the location as Tennessee on this record, but the record itself shows Fauquier, Virginia.

@Andrew J Tryon Virginia Vital Records is already on the list for treatment, but I have added your example. It's obvious on this record to see the stumbling block for auto-standardization. Only the town name is on the document.
