I am researching records in Florida. There is evidence of deed and court records being manipulated and I desperately need to see an original deed from my family or the people who owned the land prior. I have exactly $ZERO.00. I'm in SC, but I called the library in the town in FL and they couldn't find it. I found a reference on Ancestry from Core logic and I called them, but they said they couldn't help me. I'm so exhausted and lost. Please, someone help me with this! It was a land grab from what I have seen so far and that deed is the key that unlocks it all.

@ChrystalGayle242 Have you tried using Full-Text search for this? It is amazing to find hard-to-find documents. https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/full-text/

Another version in Labs is Simple Search. I find it easier to use if I do not know the exact keywords https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/simple-search

@ChrystalGayle242 In what time period was the court case or the deed filing? If it was recent, many records are online on the specific county website(s).
If the people mentioned in the case are deceased, please provide the reference you found on Ancestry from Core Logic, and we can try to help.

We love to help, but we need details to do so.

I am looking for any information for owners owners/transfers in Duval county Jacksonville between 1920 and 1972. Section 38 township 3S Range 27E. Some reports it being section 33. I was told and Google shows 300+ (324) acres. Timmerman is the last name. I need to know who also owned the land(s) surrounding his property.

This all started when I found a necklace in a dumpster that had coordinates on it. (I was "Residentially Challenged"(homeless) for a couple of years and I survived by eating out of the dumpster. I am very good at jumping through to dumpsters now to get things for people who are still homeless and that's what I was doing when I found the necklace. I was getting some blankets.) I eventually sat down with the necklace and googled the coordinates that are engraved in the necklace because I figured if somebody had went to the trouble of having it engraved must have meant something to someone and maybe they didn't mean to throw it away. A researched it it was just words next to a power line and no names no house. Well it was a few months later that I ran back across the necklace again and cross reference it with some genealogy that I had just started doing and it led me to find that the coordinates actually laid back to some property that my mother's father's family obtained through the United States land lottery. Doing some day and I ended up trying to look up my grandfather down in Florida. I'd met him I knew he was but I never got to go to his house and I wanted to see what it look like. I found neighborhoods bearing his surname. Streets with his surname and decided to try to see if I could figure out something about his life that I don't know. I just had to go to the court records in the first thing I come across is an affidavit which is first wed / continuous marriage and the attorney who notarized it also witnessed to have personal knowledge of the woman. That really, really offended me. My great grandparents separated, separated but I know that woman was not the first to wed him! My Mother was a ward of the state due to mental disabilities and in turn I was a ward of the same state, but her Mother had custody of me. My Great Grandmother picked me up from school every Friday and kept me the weekends. I grew up in the house that remained in both of my Great grandparents' name until he passed away. Those women raised me and all three of them have passed and so has my Grandfather and all I have left are the records that I can't get my hands on.

A whole entire city has been built on that land. With the lease agreements we are talking millions. LLCs have been opened and even to this day I find companies that have him as an active member of the board. I have tracked a whole ring of people across multiple states and the thing is, they started building on the land BEFORE the affidavit was signed signed off by a judge which means permits were passed through and the city signed signed off on the groundbreaking! There are so many clues and I have most all of it to every authoritative office down there. I called and made mada Police police report, and the officer went over there and spoke to the woman in his house. But she gave a story and even contradicted ourselves saying that she knew that my grandfather was married before but when they bought the house they only bought one acre. She showed The officer a supposed marriage certificate and played dumb. I immediately sent a 2014 tax record to the officer that showed the The house and land sitting at 32 plus acres. I also sent her the affidavit and told her that she has evidence of perjury on her body cam footage, but doctor said it sounded like a civil dispute and she said she couldn't accept the marriage with ledger that I sent her because it was from ancestry and they don't accept ancestry records. I also had the federal 1950 census stating they were husband and wife with two children not to mention one of those children was born right there in Tampa Florida. That right there proves that nobody did their due diligence.

The kicker to this is that I just found out the attorney who notarized and witnessed the affidavit happens to be married to the lead attorney for the FDLE (Florida State Police). The officer never spoke to me after that day, even though she told me that she was going to order the certified copy of the marriage license between my grandparents. I contacted the bar made a complaint and they denied me at first saying that is Statue of limitations all over it but I immediately wrote them back and let them know it was an ongoing fraud and they went ahead and said that they're going to look into it but I haven't heard anything back from them either. When I called the FBI and made a report the woman spoke to me as if I was one of those people who should be wearing a tin foil hat! She told me someone might call me back And at that time I could give the evidence I have because she didn't have an email for me to send it to. At that time I did not know there was an FDLE attorney involved. I have contacted every single authority in hopes that the records would be protected but they haven't been. It has been 2 months and after I contacted everyone one last time, I went ahead and called the courthouse and requested the record to see what they'd send me. They sent me a deed and I ran it through a metadata scanner immediately. The report came back titled "Fraudulent deed explanation". It states that it was created using Google docs and had two different types of Aerial font in it. And as we all know, neither one of those things were even invented yet as of 1970 or '71. On the map I noticed that there was a major highway running parallel to his land, so I called them and the lady was actually really sweet at first, but after she typed his name in, she told me (after a long hesitation) that she needed to put me on hold but then she patched me through to the switchboard who patched me through to someone else who was about to patch me through to someone else, but I hung up before somebody could answer. I'm getting cut off at every angle. I can't find anything with his name on it in the courthouse or anything. They have erased him. I did find the reference and a second census prior to the 1951 and this time it was in Florida. To this day I cannot find a divorce record for my grandparents, nor can I find a marriage record between him and the woman from affidavit claiming to be his first and only wife. The attorney who notarized and witnessed that statement is also an elder law attorney who specializes in probate and wills. I came across an active filing where she put in to be someone's guardian, but when I looked her up, her website it states then after 30 years she is retired. Very convenient.

I don't have very much family in this world, at all, and I'm desperate to keep the memory of the women in my life alive along with the legacy that follows his surname, a name that should not be used to facilitate a crime that lines the pockets of builders and every single person who use the loopholes in the laws to steal from rightful heirs. Governor George Bell Timmerman (SC) is my Great grandfather's first cousin and my third cousin. His Father did great things and so did several other Timmermans in this line. Family is was so important to them and I know he wouldn't have allowed me to be on the streets, especially when when people are making millions on his name. I don't know what led me to find that necklace in that dumpster but this is what it's led me to and I'm fighting it alone.

I'm going to go ahead and attach some of the stuff I have, Thank you for responding to me and helping me. Nobody else seems to give a crap. ❤️❤️❤️

@ChrystalGayle242 There are only 36 sections in a public lands township so it must be 33, rather than 38. I'm not sure we can help you with records as recent as 1972, but if you have any evidence that they were there as early as 1920 there might be a chance of finding documents.
