"Special Assistance required to change information"

Hi,
The location of one of my EVENT PLACE is incorrect. When I go to EDIT it tells me ""Special Assistance required". Does anyone know how I can request special assistance?

FYI, when clicking the 'expanding edit history' caret I see the correct information. Does this mean the incorrect EVENT PLACE will remain incorrect since an edit has been made?

Ah - I see these are your own records.
The marriage record is an index only, with no image. We users cannot edit indexes without an image because it would be impossible to verify if there is an error in the index or in the original record.

Without more detail, we would be guessing. Can you share a screenshot or the URL? Is this on a profile in the FamilySearch tree?

First off, thank you for the offer to assist. I will attach a document with 3 sections. I'm sorry, I'm not that familiar with this whole web page yet so I dont know if it's from "a profile in the FamilySearch tree" It's my hope that it will be recognizable enough for someone to answer that by viewing the image.

1) Shows the event place with caret open. There are two locations. The top location in BOLD is the incorrect one - that location is from my wife's first marriage. I marked it wit a red - X.
2) When I try to EDIT it, I get the "Special Permission Required" pop-up
3) This might be irrelevant. It's a different screenshot from another page on the sight that shows the correct information w/o mention of the incorrect location.
