How much information to include as "suffix" to the name of the individual

George Walton Smith (name I made up) (L.S.)

Judge of Probate

When reviewing a written record, do I include the L.S. and the Judge of Probate as a suffix to the person's name? Thanks!

L.S. in reference to a judge could go in the suffix but "Judge of Probate" would go into "Title". Hope that helps.

L S is neither title nor suffix.
    http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/L.S.

    L.S.

An abbreviation for locus sigilli, Latin for "the place of the seal," signifying the place within a written contract where a seal is affixed in order to bind the agreement.

Since the use of seals is decreasing, the use of this abbreviation has declined.
