In Full Name Review the "Done" button does not work.

While working in Wyoming, USA, I found only the surname highlighted. I clicked on 'All Highlights'. The Surname was highlighted in yellow, the first initial was not highlighted at all, and the second initial was highlighted in blue. I clicked 'No' and tried to attach yellow highlights to both initials. The result was Surname in the correct box, and only the second initial in the given name. I typed in the first initial in the given name box. After correcting the highlights and placing names in the correct boxes, I could not get the "Done" Button to respond or proceed to the next record.
