Haiti Civil Registration - changes to record availability?

I am a consultant, and a FSC patron came in who has a large tree with ancestors from Haiti. He started attaching indexed records to his Haitian ancestors in 2022, but he says that records that were once indexed are no longer visible at all. The page that opens when we click on the URL says "We're unable to show this record. This record can only be displayed on certain accounts. FamilySearch must honor the agreements we have with our partners, record owners, and internal policies." One example: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6FG8-983B. Does anyone know if there has a been a change to the availability of Haiti Civil Registration Records on FS, or if they are only available for a certain date range? The patron says that he noticed the change in 2025 and has not been able to see the indexed records since then.

    @Sarene Bahr Guillén
    Many records of relatively recent vintage are no longer viewable, in compliance with updated personal privacy regulations.
    Here's an example of one thread where the issue has been discussed. This one happens to cover Peruvian records, but the records of many countries have been similarly impacted.

    @Sarene Bahr Guillén The link you provided returned a 404 error so I'm not able to see a film number. If you can be more specific about the records your patron cannot access, we can determine if it is a valid restriction.

    Yes, the link does not work anymore. The source information the patron showed me that is attached to his relative is: "Haiti, état civil, 1794-2018", FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6FG8-983T "Thu Oct 16 01:02:46 UTC 2025), Entry for Georges Edwie Champagne and Constant Champagne, 29 Dec 1941.

    Unfortunately, the patron did not save the film number. He just said that the indexed information used to appear, but now it doesn't. Under "Indexed Information" in the attached source it now says says "We are unable to display the record for this source. Please try again later."

    When I look at that collection (https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/collection/1482819) and try to search the index or browse the images, this record appears to no longer exist as there are only records up until 1912. Which is my question—did something change in the last couple of years to make previously available and indexed Haitian records on FS now unavailable?
