Family Name Review
When only the first name is highlighted - Just the first name is highlighted. So, I check no - it then lets me highlight the entire name. Next step - it makes a box for the surname, but will not allow me to drag the surname over to put in the box. It will not let me type it either. Can someone explain what to do and how to do it?

@airland After you click 'no' instead of 'New Highlight', click a middle initial if there is one; a blue highlight should appear, and you will have the option to attach it. As soon as you click 'attach', the highlight will turn yellow. Same thing with the surname, click the surname and 'attach'. Since the given name was already highlighted, you shouldn't have to click on it. But it might work better for you to detach the first name and click on 'new highlight' and combine the given name with the middle initial. Click Next, and hopefully it will give you the given name and surname boxes. You should have the option to add boxes if you need them. If all you get are given-name boxes, put the surname in a given-name box. Add a surname box and drag the given name box, with surname, to the surname spot, and it should be in the right position. Sometimes you just have to edit with your keyboard. But as long as all the names you need are highlighted, you should be able to type them into the correct box. If the given name with the surname does not drag to the surname spot, try clicking the 'Go Back' button, then click next again. Let me know if that worked for you.
