Can Film 1954631 be Split to Allow Access to Older Records?

All of Film 1954631 is restricted as it includes records that may pertain to living people but items 22-25 only contain BMDs for 1828-1915. Is it possible to split the film record and allow access to these older records?

@GregPeacock thanks for your message. Could you tell me what Collection film 1954631 is from and I'll take a look at it? I'm pretty sure it's a Canadian record but I just want to make sure I'm looking at the correct one.

Hi @lindsayanngermer1, the portion of film 1954631 that I am interested in is a collection of Canadian church records from the Lancaster, Ontario area. I am looking for records for the late 1840's to early 1850's time period. Thank you.
