Highlighted records not showing any text boxes in full name review

In the document highlighted above, I clicked the check mark and went onto the next step to find that none of the text document boxes existed. Adding in the parameters (such as first name, surname, ect.) did nothing to fix this.
However, when I selected the red x instead of the green checkmark, and highlighted them all myself (neglecting to deselect the highlights that were already there), I ended up with way too many.
The solution ended up being to select the red x and just move on to the next step without changing anything as far as highlights go, and it fixed the problem.
