Need to add a few more steps or pictures to How do I sign in to FamilySearch using my phone?
Once they capture the QR code on the phone there is a little link that they need to click on under the QR code to take them to FamilySearch.org. Then they need to sign in with one of the sign in options on their phone. And they need to have the user name and password saved on their phone if they are signing in that way. Maybe a few screen shots or a short video can be added to this knowledge article to help those that do not regularly use QR codes.

@CHoldgb214 we are told that you may be asked for clarification, but otherwise you are unlikely to receive any feedback other than possibly seeing your Idea implemented at some point.
