Indexed Years are All 100 years off in certain catalogs
I was looking at
and several of the dates were the wrong century. Several said they were 18XX (or some even OOXX), but they should be in the 19XX's. I ended up manually changing all of them on that page to be helpful.
However, shortly after, I ran into the same exact problem on a different book, https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSZ9-FSDH-B?view=index&cc=2848682&lang=en&groupId=&personArk=%2Fark%3A%2F61903%2F1%3A1%3A7WNK-TWZM&action=view and it had the exact same problem. For example, a lot of them should be 1944 or 1945, but the indexed information is 1844 or 1845. Some of the surrounding pages in at least this book had similar issues.
I'm sure if this same problem is in two different books, it's probably a bigger issue. I didn't manually change any of the dates on the second book to keep it the way it was so you can see.

@Bryan Densley Thank you for the information. You did a lot of work with that first one. THANK YOU. I will forward this to the engineers and see what we can do to get them fixed. We appreciate your efforts and you reaching out.
