Full name review - unable to select name

In Full Name Review quite often either the given name or surname is not highlighted. No problem just select NO and attach the name part not highlighted. Occasionally, in the past, the name part not highlighted could not be selected. Lately this has been happening quite frequently. Either the surname or given name is not highlighted and the name part not highlighted can not be selected and attached. I'm doing USA - Wyoming documents.

@AThayneGreen I went into Full Name Review USA, Wyoming, after working on several names, I ran into the same problem you described. I will take this to our Get Involved team to see if this is a bug. Thank you so much for posting this.
