I would like to find death records for some of my ancestors, but I don't know when they died. They just say that they're deceased. What should I do?

    Hello @Miriam Rose Gibson
What you can find and where you need to look depends entirely on when and where. Death records for some locations are freely available online. For other locations and certain time periods, death records may not exist or are not available online.

If you can share some PIDs (profile identifying codes) near the names of ancestors, as they appear in the FamilySearch tree, we may be able to offer more explicit guidance.
