“View Relationship” issue

I’m wondering why I need to repeatedly toggle the “Set as Preferred Tree” to My Family Tree off and on to be able to view successive profile relationships. It seems as though if I view a relationship once, the next time I try it with a different profile the link to my preferred tree seems to be broken and I have to toggle the setting off and on again to successfully view my relationship to the that profile.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas why this might be happening? Thank you in advance, Dawna

    @DawnaDiCarlo I’m not sure why this is happening - it’s been a few days since you asked your question, Is it still happening ? I will try to find an answer for you if it is.
