Full Name Review - New bug?

@maryellenstevensbarnes1 I was in Full Name Review, and something like this came up. I clicked on the "Go Back" and then continued again; it seemed to put the names in the right places. Reading your post, do I understand correctly that the review went from step 1 to step 3, skipping step 2? We will take this to our "Get Involved" team and try to determine if this is a bug.

@maryellenstevensbarnes1 Just checking in with you as to how the Full Name Review is working for you now. Have you found any similar issues? If so, did you try the "Go Back" button to see if it helps?

@dancingintherain Thank you for checking in - FNR is working intermittently as it has for months - the two colors are no longer an issue only something I hadn't seen before - and the "Go Back" rarely works when I use Any state US as my only criteria. It's still my belief that sometimes the system/process is overwhelmed by the sheer number of users - that's just my personal opinion, no scientific basis. I will continue to work around what I can and shift to another opportunity when I can't. Best wishes, Mary
