Full name indexing is adding a lot of unhighlighted text into the output that needs to be removed.
Okay, in full name review, step 3 of 4, the ai has sometimes put in a bunch of irrelevant and unhighlighted information into the editable area. this takes different forms, but the last time it happened it seemed to be adding location data to the names section. Not really sure why its doing this, but every time it does takes a bit to figure out what to edit out.

@AnthonyHopkins5 Just need a little clarification: in your title, you typed "Full Name Indexing," and in your post, you typed "Full Name Review." Is it probably Full Name Review and not Family Indexing Review, right? I want to go in and investigate, and make sure I go to the correct one.

@dancingintherain Last nite (Utah time) I had the same experience as Anthony - what happened is that FNR highlighted locations as if they were names, requiring the reviewer to return to earlier steps to detach the unwanted highlight, then move forward again to step 4 and finish the name. This has happened to me before, usually on a Sunday nite, as if a huge number of people had overwhelmed the system

@AnthonyHopkins5I have gone into the Full Name Review and have done several batches, and it seems to be working fine. Give it a try again, and if any more problems come up, let us know. It could be, as you say, that it happens when there are more people working the system. We will keep an eye on it.

Yeah, I may have gotten a little mixed up in the title, but you were right to assume it was the full name review. Also, its not a common issue, it just pops up every so often. I can go days without it happening and then have it pop up randomly out of the blue. (I do 30 minutes of indexing daily, so I understand if most people only get this once or twice)

@AnthonyHopkins5 Can you tell me what country and state you were reviewing? I can go into those records and try it out. I don't know if it is happening to a specific group of records, but I could give it a try and see what happens.

If it happens again, I can try to figure that out, but at present I'm not sure which country or state it was in.
