This marriage record matches the England and Wales, Marriage Registration Index you attached to the profile.William Walker's father is listed as Charles Walker, and William was age 30 in 1929, so born about 1899.
Maud Prince's father is listed as Arthur Prince, and Maud was 29, so born about 1900. Maud's father was still living in 1929, but William's father is listed as deceased.1 -
According to the marriage record, Maud's father, Arthur Prince, is a "boilermaker." In the same district, in the 1901 census, the family of Arthur Prince, boilermaker, age 30, wife Florence, children May, Annie, Walter, and Maud (age 1):

Checking the GRO birth index for Nantwich, the birth of Maud Prince was registered in 1900. Mother's maiden name is listed as Warham.
And checking for some of the siblings mentioned in the 1901 census, we can confirm the maiden name of Maud's mother, Florence:
The boarder in the Prince household in the 1901 census, William Warham, is likely Florence's brother, but we can't say that with certainty, yet. He is also a boilermaker.

Also in Nantwich in the 1901 census, the family of Charles Walker, stationary engineer, wife Emma, children Elizabeth, Jane, Joseph, and William (age 2):

In the 1921 England Census, Maud Prince is still living at home with her parents and siblings and working as a velvet cutter.

Charles Walker, William's father died in 1909. In the 1911 census, William, listed as "Willie Walker," age 12, is living in the household of his married sister, Elizabeth, and her husband Robert Yates.
Interesting note - William's sister Jane is also in the household, and her occupation is listed as velvet cutter, matching the later occupation of Maud Prince.

And, in the 1921 census, William is still in the household of his sister Elizabeth and her husband, Robert Yates.

Maud Prince Walker died in 1934. Her death is registered in Nantwich in the 4th quarter:
In the 1939 Register, William is listed as widowed. The other profile on that Register is likely to be daughter Barbara and is still locked as possibly living.

In 1965 Barbara made a visit to Crewe for the first time in 12 years. The newspaper article gives us a good clue about when she left England for Canada:
