@Patricia Quiggle I’m so sorry this has been frustrating. Let’s walk through it together.
When you sign in, click Family Tree in the upper‑left corner of your screen, then choose Tree from the drop‑down menu. That will open your tree starting with you.

If you haven’t begun your tree yet, no worries—just start by adding yourself and your immediate family. Once that’s in place, everything else becomes much easier.
