Multiple highlights in Quick Name Review

@SerraNola Here's a bug in Quick Name Review multiple names in both blue and yellow highlights - occurring now Mountain time — I'm keeping my tab open in case you need me just call my phone is beside me

I worked in Quick Name review again this morning and have not seen this but am investigating so I can get an answer for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

@bjmurph @maryellenstevensbarnes1 I have just finished about 1,000 QNR and my understanding is that QNR does not require Highlights to change from yellow to blue as it does In FNR and FIR. I have been matching the names with both blue and yellow as that is usually part of the same name. I would edit out the incorrect parts that often are included in the highlights.

Six hours later, at 10 PM I tried QNR again and am still seeing blue and yellow highlights - is there an explanation for this here's another screenshot

Thanks, I hadn't encountered the two colors before.
