Cannot eliminate a person wrongly added to my tree

In my tree, the grandfather of my father is misidentified. His last name does not coincide with the last name in the rest of the lineage. However, I cannot eliminate him because the Eliminate option appears not functional. What can I do?

@Juan Carlos70512 Can you please provide the PID (the identifying code near the name) so an experienced user can try to assist?
The process is - generally - to edit the relationship. If one of the connections involves a Read-Only profile, then staff intervention may be necessary.
