is it possible to find hints available by viewing my fan chart?

    @karendoty1 You can see which people on a fan chart have hints attached. Open the Options side panel (the button with sliders to the right of the view type selector drop-down) and select the Research Helps option. The people will have background colours indicating the kind of help they have.

    In the legend on the left side, you can select one of the help types to highlight just those people who have that kind of help. Be aware though that the colours are prioritised, apparently in the order that the types appear in the legend. In the example above, Janet has both a Record Hint and a Research Suggestion; if I select Research Suggestions, Janet will not be highlighted. Similarly, if a person has a Data Problem, you wouldn't be able to find out if they also have any Research Hints from this view.

    You have to go to the person's profile page to actually see the hints.
