corrupted hint

I have a corrupted hint on PID GQ5F-X6G.
The hint points to a restricted partner record and cannot be viewed, dismissed, or reviewed.
It does not appear in the mobile app, and the old Sources page shows no extra hint.
Please remove this corrupted hint from the backend.

@Alice Gedge The source record is from the "Ireland, Betham Genealogical Abstracts, 1179-1830" collection. The website message that is returned when I attempt to look at the record is the ubiquitous "We're unable to show this record. This record can only be displayed on certain accounts. FamilySearch must honor the agreements we have with our partners, record owners, and internal policies.".

In the mobile app, I can see the hint attached to the same profile. In that case, when I attempt to look at the record, the app responds with the (also ubiquitous) message "An unexpected error occurred while connecting to FamilySearch. Please try again later. ".

This is apparently another of the numerous collections which have had permissions changes applied. You could flag your post and ask for a moderator to review it; FamilySearch may already be aware of the issue with this collection.

My recent experience with this scenario is this: Some time ago, about 30 hints appeared on my Record Hints list. They were for a different collection from the one you have reported, but they all returned that same message when I tried to look at the records. I duly reported this in the community, but I didn't attempt to IGNORE them on my Record Hints list or dismiss them from their respective profiles; I was hoping that the restrictions might be lifted in the future and the records might become visible. After some weeks, my hopes were dashed. The hints themselves vanished, both from my Record Hints list and from their respective profiles. The odd thing about this was that the profiles were still displayed in my Record Hints list; there were no records listed under the profiles, and there was no way to IGNORE them in the web site. I could probably have removed them using the mobile app, but I chose not to do that. After a few more days, the hintless profiles also vanished of their own accord from my Records Hints. So, normal service has been restored.
