Can a member child account have third-party access to websites?

I am 10 years old. I would like to try the newly added 'My heritage hints' in FamilySearch Labs. If I go to 'third-party access' it redirects me to 'About FamilySearch Centers'. How can I create a connected my heritage account? Do I have to be a certain age? Is there a way my parents can approve creating the account?

Check out each account requirements. Most are 13+ (under age 18 with parental permission)
