How to add a date to the title of an image brought in from someone else?

I don't know of way to do that other than contact the contributor.

@Wayland K Adams is correct - only contributor's have the ability to "edit."

However, @Steven Schwab , there is the option to add a "Comment" to any Memory.

If you click on that Memory, you will see in the right-side bar, at the top, a "Comments" Icon. You can add additional information about that image.
