Is there an answer for the original question from Bonnie C Vaden. I have uthe same question and I, too, have been experiencing the problem for at least two weeks. However, I do not get a message—it just freezes.

@Bonnie C Vaden @TiaCherry This is an issue that has been reported. We are meeting with our "Get Involved" Team weekly in hopes of getting these bugs worked out. When I have gone into Full Name Review, I have experienced the same issues you are experiencing, so I feel your frustration. Hopefully, with a little time and patience, we will have it working like a dream. Thanks for your post, and we encourage you to continue to post on issues of concern.
