Can't find the source of a record on Familysearch
Familysearch has this birth record from 1885 Allegheny County, PA, in their "Pennsylvania Births and Christenings 1709-1950" collection. I need to locate the original document where they got this information from, but it gives no specifics. "Pine Creek" is not an official place on a map. How do I find where FamilySearch got this?
I'm at the Family Research Center in Oakland right now but they couldn't figure out how I can find this information either, they suggested contacting Salt Lake City…does that mean I have to get on the phone? I'm hoping no 😁

Your link directs me to the father's position on the record of a child's birth/baptism. Flipping the position to the child - since she is the principal in the record - I see that the record is on DGS 7615861.
Opening the catalog to search by DGS number, DGS 7615861 is listed in "Delayed birth record dockets, filed 1941-1971."

The image is unfortunately not available online, according to the catalog, likely due to the recent creation of the record, which prioritizes personal privacy protection.
Evelyn may have needed to prove her date of birth for Social Security or other purposes. I know that my aunt, who was born in 1916, had to prove her date of birth in 1980, for Social Security. Her Delayed Birth Certificate has great information, since her birth was not registered at the time.

Unless you know the date or the file # you would need to find Evelyn Lightcap in the index.
