When you try to drag the field to the proper place, the page freezes

When using full name review and only the given name or surname is shown and you try to add additional fields, when you try to drag the field to the proper place, the page freezes , and you have to exit the page to resume using full name review. This started happening a couple of weeks ago. Am I doing something wrong?

@JOHNSONVANSAGERS1 Thank you for reporting this problem. You are not doing anything wrong. This is an issue that has been reported a few times now. Sorry, it can be a bit frustrating. It has been reported and hopefully will be fixed soon. Thank you for your work on the full name review. Keep trying and keep reporting anything amiss with the program.
