Searching for information on GGGrandparents, Columbia County, PA, USA
Hello:
I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I was pointed here to this community for help.
I'm searching for birth/baptism/marriage records for my great-great-grandparents, Stephen Dreisbach (1847-1902) and Ellen Mills (1854-1951). Stephen's father belonged to Numidia Reformed Church, Locust Twp., Columbia Co., PA. It follows that his family likely worshiped there. They lived in Columbia Co. according to several US Census documents.
Everything I know has been pieced together through Ancestry and similar sites and I'm digging into church records as a next step. There are two microfilm records I've found on FamilySearch that may include the information I'm looking for:
https://libcat.familysearch.org/Record/635258
https://libcat.familysearch.org/Record/46315
Here's my question, how does one go about viewing these records? I know FamilySearch is moving all of these records online and that direct access is very limited. Are there services or professionals who I might hire to take a look?
Sorry for what must be a novice question and thanks in advance for any pointers.
Best,
-Cliff

Cliff,
Hard to tell if you may have this already, but I think this record is potentially showing your Stephen and Ellen. Saw a few land records that may be him as well, but it was hard to tell…

Hello again @Clifton187,
Based on the catalog record you attached, it appears the other title "Record book of St. Paul's Reformed (UCC) Church . . ." is available as a microfilm on B1 Floor Film area in the FamilySearch Library in Salt Lake City.
Here is a list of genealogical researchers in Utah from Cyndi's List who may be able to assist you in searching this book at the FamilySearch Library: https://www.cyndislist.com/us/ut/professionals/
Good luck with your family research!
