billiongraves not working?
Any FamilySearch search result that points to a billiongraves entry turns out to be a broken link. This has been going on for weeks now. After finding a search result on billiongraves and clicking on the box that says "view on billiongraves", I reach a web page that states the desired page cannot be found. The page offers a chance to search directly at billiongraves, but any search I try gets only as far as a message saying "please wait while we search the database" and then waits forever (4 hours and counting on the latest attempt).

I'm wondering if BillionGraves changed it's format for link names?
Example: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QVJR-GZQB?lang=en
Clicking on the "view on biliongraves.com" goes to a page that states:
Oops
The page you are looking for may have flown away.
I know that link worked when I attached to the FS profile back in August.
However, I am able to find the grave by doing a "Person Search"

I doubt it's a problem with Billion Graves. It's looks like the FamilySearch site is mangling the URL it's trying to build. It looks like this, which clearly won't work:

@Alan E. Brown Sounds plausible, that link is a mess.

At RootsTech, I spoke to the engineers in charge of the record details pages. They are aware of the Billion Graves link problems and will work on it next week.

I'm not sure that it is just a problem with the indexing. If I go to the BG site itself (nothing to do with FS), I get the usual basic search screen:
If I then search for anybody, then this is what I see:
It hangs like this indefinitely, with the circles in the Searching for… and Where segments spinning furiously. This has been going on for maybe a week.
When I attempt to VIEW ORIGINAL DOCUMENT from a profile's attached source, I get the following message. This has been happening for about the same length of time.
Oddly, there doesn't seem to be anything on the BG Facebook page to indicate any problems - recent posts are mainly about RootsTech!

I think some of the confusion on this thread is that the original post reported two distinct problems, and people are following up on those, thinking they might be related. They certainly are not.
The first problem is that the link on a FamilySearch records detail page (a page such as the one linked to by @Nyx773 in this comment) that should go to a particular BillionGraves page fails. That is unquestionably because FamilySearch has an error in the way it creates the link for that button. I followed up on that issue here.
The second issue is purely on the side of BillionGraves, and apparently happens when you search for a grave entry for a person. It's reported that there is an eternal spinner (progress screen). I personally am unable to duplicate this problem. Every search I have tried yesterday or today succeeds as normal. But whatever is happening for some users with this issue, it is definitely an issue with BillionGraves or their local browser environment; it has nothing to do with FamilySearch. @JulianBrown38 followed up on that issue today.
It's unfortunate that those two distinct issues have been conflated. It would be helpful if anyone who wants to follow up on one or the other issue makes it clear exactly which one of those two issues is being discussed (to this point, I do think that all comments since the OP have been clear regarding the topic).

@John Chandler_1 @JulianBrown38
The problem with loading can be reported here: https://support.billiongraves.com/support/home
But first, try clearing your browser of all history, cookies, cache, etc.
I am having no problems searching using Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.

@John Chandler_1 @Nyx773 @Alan E. Brown The problem with spinning wheels on the BG website (Chrome only) was related to cookies. I deleted just the BG site cookies, and normal service has been restored. Thank you.
