How to add a child to a parent if the child does not have a record ID #

I can see they have census on family search but I don't know how to add a child or children to a parent when the child does not have a record ID.

Can you help me?

    You will find "Add Child" on the parents' profile.

    When you add the child, a PID will be automatically assigned. In this example, the parents have 3 children, and "Add Child" is below the youngest known child.
