I have established my family tree and used it many times and now I cannot access it. Reviewing some of the other comments I am wondering if I now need a code that you send me, but that could be a problem because I have a landline not an iPhone.

@BeverleyWarner For your two factor authentification, you can choose to have it sent to you via email instead of your phone. If you continue to have trouble, you can call 1-866-406-1830 for someone to walk you through it.

It says there is a security problem. I have always been able to before

It says I do not have permission to do that. I was trying to sign in with my church account as I always do.
