Can someone in Salt Lake City with access to the library read this microfilm for me and transcribe?

It's from modern day Romania (Bucowina), from a small village called Pojana Mikuli, and it's probably in German or Latin. Can someone that has access to the FHC read and if possible, transcribe and translate, please?

The name I'm looking for is Johann Baumgartner It's a baptism record, and if the information I have is correct, he was baptized in 23/12/1846.

@DPAVAN You might find it helpful to browse Cyndi’s List—they have a wonderful directory of professional researchers, including many based in Utah. It’s a great way to connect with someone who specializes in exactly this kind of request.
