I cannot sign into Ancestry now. The sign in page only reads Google or Apple, not sign in with LDS church account. The account states I have a link but will not allow me access any longer.

Ancestry has never allowed sign in with Church Account. You just need to sign in with your Ancestry username and password, or you could use Google or Apple, especially if those accounts are linked to the same email address you used for Ancestry.

You might be thinking of the process by which you linked your FamilySearch account to your Ancestry account. Since that requires sign in to FamilySearch, you would have had the Church Account option.
