If you are no longer seeing the living people in your Family Tree in FamilySearch, the first thing we need to check is that you are using the same account as before.
If you are using the same account, or if it's not just living people you can't see, please let us know where you are in FamilySearch (link or screenshot) and what exactly has disappeared (people in the Tree? memories in the Gallery?)
Also, how long ago did you last see the missing information?
(Note: please avoid showing the names of living people, either in text or screenshot form.)
