Stories in Together App NOT working

We have one account, not connected to a church account, where 'Stories' in Together app no longer works. Our youngest uses this account and he was at the top of the family leaderboard because he enjoyed the multiple choice activities so much but he can no longer access any of them. This is across multiple browsers as well as mobile device or desktop computer. It used to work but within the past month or two has stopped. Any device or computer we use, it cannot load anything for the 'stories' tab of Together, the 'feed', 'activities' and other areas work, just not 'stories' which of course is the one he most wants to use!
