Looking for information on Anderson Farm near Detroit, Red River, Texas around 1942

My Dad was born on Anderson Farm in 1920, about 2 to 2.5 miles Northeast of Detroit, Red River, Texas. He described it as "along the road to Midway Community."

Based on that description alone I'm going to assume we're talking along Country Road 2117 or Country Road 2110 North, but honestly, I have no idea.

How may I use FamilySearch to locate who named Anderson owned a farm in that area around 1940?

From what I could glean this would be Justice Precinct 4… Here is one Anderson from the location/timeframe, but I'm sure there are more. Census and/or Tax records would be where I might head. The 1940 Census record is how I found this one. Good Luck

@Mark McKenzie_1 You may also want to check Land Records. If you believe he may have died in this location, at least the county, you may also consider Probate Records.
