There are duplicate entries for my sister. I followed instructions on video but there is no Duplicate note in Research Help, so I am stuck. What now?

If all her profiles are marked as deceased and in the main Family Tree, then you can use Merge By ID in the righthand column. You can also use that if the profiles are in the same subsection of the tree.

If the profiles are in different subsections of the tree such as different User Trees or different Family Group Trees then they cannot be merged.

A deceased profile cannot be merged with a living profile.

Also, if all the profiles are marked as living, you can use the merge by ID. Merge by ID is available on each person (profile) as each person. Go to the person page of one of the duplicates, then select merge by ID from the tool box. See screen shot.
