entered Surname first, then given name with no space between, when I opened to edit got error ""Problem with Name Language". the language listed is Chinese, humm. So I tried to edit it into English & save but it never took, I googled it and did exactly those steps but still remains in Chinese. Please advise me. THX!!! Shall I provide the ID# to you?
