Merge By ID unresponsive
This problem began in the last hour. When I click on "Merge By ID" in the Tools sidebar, nothing happens.
On profiles that already have potential duplicates identified in the Research Help sidebar, I can click on the Merge button to begin the merge process, as expected.
Edit: I've tried multiple browsers on multiple devices, signed out and back in, tried signing in with a private browser window that had no previous cookies, etc. I haven't tried this on a mobile browser or the mobile app.

@Fredelas from reddit I have reported the network issues to the proper people, and hopefully, all will be back soon.

Many things are not working this afternoon. Different things were problematic yesterday.
